a rejuvenating experience

customer focus great facility amazing experience
i found the staff very friendly and helpful, really a great customer focus. the facility is great, i especially liked the nice rooms. the proximity and access to the public bath is included, it was an amazing experience. the breakfast is wonderful with a fresh juice bar where i could make healthy juices.
the roads that lead to the hotel are in poor condition, it reminded me of a rollercoaster ride. i found it a little nauseating. there isn't much to do at the hotel other than the spa and pools. the hotel food prices felt expensive.

the spa area includes several thermal pools, each maintained at a consistent warm temperature. i observed that the changing rooms were clean. there are ample lounge chairs surrounding the pools, providing comfortable seating after a soak.
